Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice with Clouddataintegration. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Employer-paid seats may require the paying entity to authorize the request.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date (or before self-paced access credentials are issued for Ledger Desk). Requests after that window are evaluated for partial refund only.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refund: Cancellation 14+ days before start, or cohort cancellation by Clouddataintegration.
Partial refund (50% of tuition): Cancellation fewer than 14 days before start but before the second live session (or within 7 days of self-paced credential issuance if less than 20% of modules were opened).
No refund after the second live session, or after 20% of self-paced modules have been opened, except where required by mandatory Korean consumer law.
Non-refundable items
Travel arranged by you, third-party exam fees, custom data-preparation fees already performed, and completed private on-site delivery days are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@clouddataintegration.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the remitting account. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military duty may qualify for credit toward a future cohort even outside standard windows, at our discretion.
