Who we are

Services
Engagements may include payroll audit preparation, superannuation contribution reviews, award classification checks, and pre-audit document packs. We prepare and organise records; we do not issue formal audit opinions or act as your registered auditor unless separately agreed in writing.
Informational pricing
Prices shown on this website are informational. Binding fees appear only in a written engagement letter. This site does not process payments or checkout.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate payroll extracts, timesheets, contribution remittances, and role descriptions in a timely manner. Delays in access may shift delivery dates.
Confidentiality
We treat payroll and personnel information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed preparation work, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for preparation engagements is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for auditor findings that arise from incomplete records you did not supply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
